Sally's Vision Realty is a direct lender providing business funding solutions, including but not limited to:

All funding is subject to credit approval and underwriting criteria. We reserve the right to deny any application at our sole discretion.
Application Process
When you submit a funding application, you represent and warrant that:
- All information provided is accurate, complete, and current
- You have the authority to bind the business on whose behalf you are applying
- Your business is legally operating and in good standing
- You are at least 18 years of age
Credit Check and Verification
By submitting an application, you authorize Sally's Vision Realty to:
- Obtain credit reports and scores from credit bureaus
- Verify information with third parties, including banks and financial institutions
- Contact you via email, phone, or text message regarding your application
- Share your information with service providers assisting in the application process
SMS Terms & Conditions
If you consent to receive text messages from Sally's Vision Realty, the following terms apply:
Consent: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from Sally's Vision Realty sent via an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS). These messages may include offers, updates, and information about our financial products and services.
Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Consult your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages.

No Purchase Required: Consent is NOT a condition of purchase. You may still apply for and receive funding without opting in to text messages.

Funding Terms
If your application is approved:
- You will receive a funding offer outlining the amount, terms, fees, and repayment schedule
- Acceptance of the offer constitutes a binding agreement
- Funds will be disbursed according to the timeline specified in your agreement
- Repayment terms will be clearly outlined and must be adhered to
- Early repayment may be permitted without penalty (check your specific agreement)
Fees and Interest
All fees, interest rates, and charges will be clearly disclosed in your funding agreement before you accept. There are no hidden fees. Typical fees may include:
- Origination fees
- Administrative fees
- Late payment fees (if applicable)
Default and Collections
Failure to make payments as agreed may result in:
- Late fees and penalties
- Reporting to credit bureaus
- Collection activities, including legal action
- Acceleration of the full balance due
